Terms of delivery of the online store
On this page (and on the other pages referred to on it) are the conditions under which we deliver products to you (Products) and accept course registrations (Courses) which are displayed in our online store (Store) at the web address www.goodset.fi. We ask that you read these delivery terms carefully before ordering Products or signing up for a Course from the Store. By ordering/registering for the Products/Course, you accept these terms. If you do not accept these terms, you cannot complete your order/registration.

Our store is intended for customers over 18 years of age.

Customer Eligibility
By ordering/signing up for Products/Courses in the store, you confirm that you are of legal age or have your parents' permission.

Formation of the contract
The contract is created when you confirm your order in the Store, accept these terms and make the payment in one of our accepted ways (Payment Methods).
We reserve the right to cancel the order if the price of the Product in the Shop was obviously incorrect or the Product is exceptionally unavailable.
If we have to cancel the order, we will immediately refund the purchase price.

The consumer's right of return
If you buy as a consumer, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to cancel the transaction within 14 days after receiving the Product (does not apply to distance courses or electronic courses/materials that can be downloaded immediately after purchase). You can then return the Product. Before this, however, you should always contact us to get confirmation of the return.
If you want to make sure that you get the money you paid back for the returned product in full, the Product must be in its original condition with all accessories and packaging (so that we can resell the product at full price). However, if the returned shipment does not contain everything that belongs there or is in poor condition due to a reason caused by the customer, we will generally withhold 25% of the sales price as compensation.
However, the right of return does not apply to the following Products:
Products that have been opened.

Delivery time of products
We aim to send the products during the next business day. Our delivery time is 2-14 days depending on the speed of the mail and your location.
Please note, you are responsible for possible import and customs fees. These are not included in the total order price.
All our products ship from Finland (EU).

The price of the products
The price of the products is the price stated in the Store, unless there has been an error in the pricing that is also obvious to the customer.
The prices of the products include value added tax in the amount that has been declared for each Product.
The prices of the products can be changed at any time. However, the price of the product will be what it had at the time of purchase, unless there is an error in the price mentioned in point 7. (a).

Payment service provider
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as the payment intermediary service provider and in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In cases of complaints, we ask that you first contact the supplier of the product.

Online banks
The payment brokerage service related to online bank payments is implemented by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. From the user's point of view, the service works just like traditional online payment.
Payments with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard cards
If you want to pay with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard cards, Goodset Oy acts only as a marketer of products and services and
also delivers the products to the buyer. Paytrail Oyj is responsible for complaints.

In payments made with MasterCard cards, as the seller of the product and the store
arises between the customer and Paytrail Oyj. Seller's responsibility
are all trade-related obligations. Paytrail Oyj is
also the payee.

Our responsibility
Our products are of good quality and suitable for their normal purpose of use.
If one of the Products does not meet the requirements of section 8 (a), our liability is limited to the price of the Product, unless applicable legislation requires a wider liability.
In no case are we liable for indirect, financial or unforeseen damages.
We are not responsible for negligence or delay resulting from events, official prohibitions or other similar circumstances that are beyond our control or influence or that are otherwise generally considered a force majeure.

Changing Terms
We reserve the right to change these terms when we deem it necessary. The terms and conditions valid at the time of the transaction are applied to each individual transaction.

Disputes
We primarily try to mediate all disputes related to the Store and its use. However, if mediation fails, matters must be resolved in the district court of Helsinki or, in the case of a consumer customer, in the lower court of his domicile.
